Innae Park joined YNN in June 2011. Before YNN, she worked at the ABC affiliate in Salisbury, MD. At WMDT-47, Innae wore many different hats! She started as a producer, transitioned to become a reporter and then used all those skills on the desk as the anchor of "Good Morning Delmarva," the station's 2-hour morning show. She also enterprized, produced and hosted the monthly segment, "Self Defense in Seconds," which taught residents easy techniques to use if in a dangerous situation.
Innae has been honored with awards from the Associated Press for her outstanding coverage of a number of stories, including her continued reporting on the Delaware pediatrician who admitted to abusing more than a hundred of his young patients over a 10-year span.
Innae's nose for news began once she interned at two top stations in Philadelphia during her college years: FOX-29 and CBS 3/KYW. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in communication, and then continued as a production assistant at CBS 3.
Home for Innae is Seoul, S. Korea, but she's traveled all over the world and across the U.S.
