ALBANY, N.Y. -- A convicted sex offender from Albany is heading back to prison for failing to register.
Officials said Sean Palmer, 44, pleaded guilty to failing to register between November 2011 and March of 2012 when he moved out of his apartment to an unknown location. He has four previous convictions for failing to register.
Palmer was convicted in 1996 out of Onondaga County. He will now face up to four years in prison.
