KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Two men are accused of trying to swipe personal banking information off an ATM in Kingston. Police say Alexandru Traian and Ionut Toma were seen installing a skimming device and a camera at an ATM machine.

A skimming device is used to read electronic data from credit and debit cards. Police say they were installing the small camera to read personal identification numbers.

The two men were charged with criminal possession of a forgery device and eavesdropping. Both men were sent to Ulster County Jail without bail. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
