LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. -- The maintenance worker accused of sexually abusing a 91-year-old woman at the Loudonville Home for Adults has pleaded guilty.
Richard Ragone, 64, pleaded guilty to one count of first degree sexual abuse. He was arrested back in December after a co-worker witnessed him abusing the woman on November 30th.
Ragone is a level three sex offender. He served a 16 year prison sentence for sex crimes in 1980.
For this latest crime, he is expected to receive four years in prison and ten years post release supervision when he is sentenced in March.
