ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- A New York City man faces charges that he used credit card numbers stolen at a local Chinese buffet.
Bethlehem Police say Pheng Sathongoth, 52, used counterfeit credit cards with the identities of multiple people who were customers at the Golden Town Buffet in Glenmont.
Back in August, police raided the restaurant and arrested four others. Police say diners' credit card numbers were being skimmed from that location.
Sathongoth faces a number of charges, including identity theft and grand larceny. And according to police, he could face more.
Sathongoth was taken to the Albany County Jail without bail.
