SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- The president of Schenectady County Community College is taking on a new job at the Community College of Allegheny County in Pennsylvania. Dr. Quintin Bullock will serve as the college's president.

Bullock first became president of SCCC in 2009. During his tenure in Schenectady, Dr. Bullock had his hand in a number of projects, including the expansion to reach downtown Schenectady and Albany County. He is also credited with developing a five year strategic plan, establishing new business, industry and community partnerships and securing more than $12 million in funding to support and expand college services and develop new academic programs.

The Board of Trustees will now work on finding new president to succeed him.

Dr. Bullock will begin his three year term at CCAC in March. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
