ALBANY, N.Y. -- Santa Claus and other holiday characters spend Thursday morning visiting children at Albany Medical Center.
Employees from DeCrescente Distributing in Mechanicville dressed up in holiday costumes and sang holiday songs.
The man behind Rudolph said they have been doing this holiday tradition for years.
"It is a way for us to give back and it is pretty cool when you can go in different places. They enjoying seeing you. Some of the nursing homes. It is the highlight of the afternoon and of course, anytime you can see kids smiling you feel pretty good about it," said CJ DeCrescente, DeCrescente Distributing President and CEO.
The celebration took place at the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders.
