SAUGERTIES, N.Y. -- Saugerties Police arrested a woman they said drove her car through several items including mailboxes and a fence.

Police said it happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday on Glasco Turnpike in Saugerties.

Officers said the car hit a fence and several mailboxes before taking off.

Police stopped 40-year-old Tamme Krom of Cario. They said she had been drinking.
