ALBANY, N.Y. -- A Code Blue has been issued for Monday night.

A Code Blue is called when the temperature is less than ten degrees, including wind chill. Homeless people in the city can take shelter at the Capital City Rescue Mission on South Pearl Street.

The mission provides meals and clothing. Last year, it housed 279 people as a result of Code Blue. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
