VIRGINIA -- A man involved in a shots fired incident in Cooperstown Monday has been arrested.

The Otsego County District Attorney says Barry Renert, 62, was found in Richmond, Virginia. Police were able to track him by his cell phone.

Renert was arrested without incident while waiting in line to buy a Greyhound bus ticket.

[According to investigators, Renert walked into Seventh Inning Stretch on Main Street in Cooperstown. Renert, a former employee of the store, allegedly threatened the owner with a gun. The owner fired at Renert in self-defense.

Neither man was hurt.
