STATEWIDE -- Governor Cuomo's SAFE Act has been a center of controversy since it was passed last January, but the gun-control law still stands.
That means people have until Tuesday to register any assault-style weapons they may own.
You can either register at a state police station or find the form online. One big question gun-owners may have is whether their firearm is considered an assault weapon or not.
