ALBANY, N.Y. -- U.S. Marshalls say the local man accused of making child pornography will be in court in Albany Friday afternoon.
Jesse Sawyer Junior is accused of making pornography with at least three girls under the age of 6.
Sawyer fled to Florida, where he was ultimately arrested.
Investigators say Sawyer took pictures of himself engaging in sexual activity with the children and saved those pictures on a laptop he borrowed from his father's girlfriend.
The girlfriend found those images in January.
Sawyer will be in court for hearing at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.
