ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany woman who failed her bar exam to become an attorney four times is arrested accused of lying about being an attorney to get a job in the Governor's office.
State police say 29-year-old Carina Comiskey was up for a governor's appointment as an attorney for the New York State Justice Center.
She gave documents to a state police investigator stating she passed the bar examination, but those documents turned out to be forged.
Troopers say Comiskey had a law degree, but failed four times to pass the bar exam.
She's facing several charges and is due back in court on Thursday.
