New Yorkers are weighing in on what they think of Governor Cuomo, 100 days into his tenure. Steve Greenberg of the Siena Research Institute stopped by the newsroom to talk about the latest poll.

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. -- After pushing lawmakers to come to a budget agreement and pass it on time, Governor Cuomo is enjoying a jump in favorability among New York voters.

The latest Siena Research Poll shows 73 percent of voters have a favorable view of the governor. That's up from 69 percent last month.

While many voters see Cuomo as a budget winner, they're not happy with many of the budget's specifics.

With a budget that includes cuts to many school districts and hospitals across the state, only 27 percent say the citizens are benefiting from it overall. That's compared to 41 percent who say the people are losing out.
