Mainly Dry Through the Weekend

Gradual Warmup Into Early Next Week

Starting out cold and clear, sunshine continues to give way to increasing clouds and breezy weather with temps just making it into the 50s feel a bit cool. Clouds will also prevent temps from dropping as low as previous nights, but we should see 30s for lows in most areas with a few breaks in the clouds. There also could be a passing shower that could be mixed with snow, mainly in the North Country overnight. Early clouds will give way to increasing sun tomorrow and increasing wind, making highs of 55 to 60 still feel a bit cool. And it will be chilly tomorrow night with lows close to freezing under clear skies. Easter Sunday looks mostly sunny as temps climb above 60, beginning an upward trend that could take us close to 70 early next week before we cool down again by midweek.

Dry Through the Weekend

Gradual Warmup Into Early Next Week

A cold, clear and calm start has given way to increasing clouds and temps struggling to reach the 50s, feeling a bit cool with the breeze. Clouds will also prevent temps from dropping as low as previous nights, but we should see 30s for lows with some breaks in the clouds. There also could be a brief shower of flurry in the north Catskills and Taconics overnight. Any early clouds will give way to increasing sun tomorrow and increasing wind, making temps around 60 still feel a bit cool. And it will be chilly tomorrow night with lows approaching freezing under clear skies. Easter Sunday looks mostly sunny as temps climb to the low to mid 60s, beginning an upward trend that could take us close to 70 early next week before we cool down again by midweek.
